Activities of dehydrogenase, invertase and arylsulphatase were determined in soil samples taken from the top soil (0-20 cm) on two contaminated sites, with heavy metals - Litavka and with organic pollutants - \u010Cerven\u00FD potok. The values of enzymatic activities were highest in soil above the source of contamination and they decrease as they approach the source of contamination.
