The most frequent micromycetes were Fusarium graminearum, F. tricinctum, other species were occurred with lower frequency F. poae, F. acuminatum and F. avenaceum. The content of mycotoxins Deoxynivalenol and Nivalenol in all variants of barley grain was detected.
