V sou\u010Dasnosti kolekce obsahuje 1508 vzork\u016F z 23 rod\u016F a 133 druh\u016F. Nejv\u011Bt\u0161\u00ED subkolekce jsou Aegilops, Triticum, Elymus, Leymus a Hordeum. V\u011Bt\u0161ina polo\u017Eek je dokumentov\u00E1na Herbarium exsiccatae z p\u016Fvodn\u00EDch lokalit nebo z kultivace. V\u011Bt\u0161ina polo\u017Eek je zanesena do syst\u00E9mu EVIGEZ. Charakteristika a hodnocen\u00ED jsou k dispozici u v\u011Bt\u0161iny polo\u017Eek. Polo\u017Eky byly testov\u00E1ny na odolnost k listov\u00FDm chorob\u00E1m. Testy byly provedeny na dosp\u011Bl\u00FDch rostlin\u00E1ch v poln\u00EDch pokusech nebo na mlad\u00FDch rostlin\u00E1ch ve sklen\u00EDku. Inokulace byla provedena sm\u011Bs\u00ED jednotliv\u00FDch nejvirulentn\u011Bj\u0161\u00EDch ras Puccinia graminis, P.recondita, p.striiformis a Blumeria graminis. Hodnocen\u00ED uk\u00E1zalo velkou diverzitu v reakc\u00EDch rostlin. "The wild Triticeae collection in Prague was initiated in 1985 with the acquisition of Aegilops collection from IPK Gatersleben. The collection has been extended to other Triticeae species, samples being acquired through staff collecting and exchanges. At present the collection includes 1508 accessions belonging to 23 genera and 133 species. The largest subcollections are Aegilops, Triticum, Elymus, Leymus, and Hordeum. Most of the accessions are documented with Herbar\u00EDum exsiccatae from the wild localities or from cultivation. The whole collection is documented in the information system EVIGEZ. Characterization and evaluation data are available for most of the accessions. The accessions have been tested for resistance to leaf diseases. The testing was performed on adult plants in an infection field or on seedlings in the greenhouse.
