"In field trials at three different sites we observed influence of climate, soil conditions and fertilization on yields of canary reed gras and tall fescue. Yields of phytomass of canary reed grass depended on weather conditions in individual years and given sites. For example, in the site Ruzyne yields of dry phytomass altered on average from 5,7 t/ha dry matter in the year 2000 to 12 t/ha in the year 1996. On average of years and sites increased dose of nitrogen 30 kg/ha yield of dry fhytomass of canary reed grass about 15,5 % (1,1 t/ha) in comparison with plots without fertilization of nitrogen. Next N fertilization through vegetation in dose of 30 kg/ha of potassium nitrate further increased yields by 34,2 % (2,3 t/ha) in comparison with plots without N fertilization.
