Pouze u rutinubylo u odr\u016Fdy \u00B4Pyra\u00B4 zaznamen\u00E1no 8 den nakli\u010Dov\u00E1n\u00ED zv\u00FD\u0161en\u00ED obsahu rutinu na 156 mg/g su\u0161iny. The content of rutin of diploid variety 'Pyra' after 6 days of germination reached 113mg/100 g of DM and after 8 days even 156 mg/100 g of DM. The level of riboflavin was 2 times higher after 4 days, 3 times higher after 6 and 4 times (0,65 mg/100 g of DM) higher after 8 days of germination.
