Zji\u0161\u0165ovali jsme n\u00E1zory pacient\u016F na psychoedukaci. V prvn\u00ED f\u00E1zi jsme po\u017E\u00E1dali 105 pacient\u016F (z nich\u017E bylo 46 edukovan\u00FDch), aby vyplnili detailn\u00ED dotazn\u00EDk a test znalost\u00ED o psychotick\u00E9m onemocn\u011Bn\u00ED. Ve druh\u00E9 f\u00E1zi jsme uspo\u0159\u00E1dali 4 skupinov\u00E9 rozhovory, jich\u017E se \u00FA\u010Dastnilo 26 pacient\u016F (z toho 16 edukovan\u00FDch), a individu\u00E1ln\u00ED rozhovory s 12 pacienty (z toho 9 edukovan\u00FDch). Zjistili jsme, \u017Ee edukovan\u00ED pacienti v\u00FDznamn\u011B \u010Dast\u011Bji odpov\u00EDdali spr\u00E1vn\u011B v testu znalost\u00ED. Absolventi edukace oce\u0148ovali, \u017Ee jim SPE p\u0159inesla informace o nemoci, ITAREPS (program prevence relapsu s pomoc\u00ED informa\u010Dn\u00EDch technologi\u00ED) pova\u017Eovali za p\u0159\u00EDnosn\u00FD, uv\u00E1d\u011Bli, \u017Ee psychoedukace p\u0159isp\u011Bla k pochopen\u00ED nemoci a motivovala je k dodr\u017Eov\u00E1n\u00ED l\u00E9\u010Debn\u00E9ho re\u017Eimu. Nejfrekventovan\u011Bj\u0161\u00EDm t\u00E9matem byla mo\u017Enost \u201Eb\u00FDt ve skupin\u011B\u201C a v\u011Bdom\u00ED \u201E\u017Ee nejsem s nemoc\u00ED s\u00E1m\u201C. Needukovan\u00ED pacienti vyjad\u0159ovali pot\u0159ebu z\u00EDskat v\u00EDce informac\u00ED o prevenci relapsu, vypov\u00EDdali m\u00E9n\u011B strukturovan\u011B a u \u010D\u00E1sti z nich byl patrn\u00FD nedostatek n\u00E1hledu. "Group family psychoeducation is systematic, structured, didactic information on the illness and its treatment, which includes integrating emotional aspects in order to enable the participants to cope with the psychotic illness. The aim of our survey was to explore patients\u00B4views about psychoeducation. In the first phase of the research we achieved subjective feedback from 105 patients (46 out of those were educated) who filled in a detailed questionnaire and performed the test of knowledge of psychotic illness. In the second phase we collected data from 4 focus groups (26 patients, 16 of them educated) and 12 individual interviews (9 of them educated). Participants in education performed signifficantly better in the test of knowledge compared to non-educated patients. Participants emphasized the importance of the information about the illness, they wellcomed the ITAREPS programme (Information Technology Aided Relapse Prevention in Schizophrenia) and acknowledged that psychoeducation contributed to understanding of the illness and motivated them to adhere to the treatment. Patients addressed their need to share their experiences with others and appreciated the fact that they were not alone with their problems. Non-educated patients expressed their desire to gaine more knowledge specifically on relapse prevention, they delivered less structured answers and some of them demonstrated lack of insight. We conclude that psychoeducation is an indispensable part of the treatment of psychotic disorders as it motivates patients to adhere with the treatment and improves their quality of life."@en .
