V ka\u017Ed\u00E9 skupin\u011B pacient\u016F bylo 6 osob bez medikace a 11 u\u017E\u00EDvalo l\u00E9ky typu SSRIs. EEG bylo sn\u00EDm\u00E1no v klidov\u00E9m stavu a p\u0159i zav\u0159en\u00FDch o\u010D\u00EDch z 19 lokalit na skalpu. Pomoc\u00ED modelu sLORETA byla vypo\u010Dtena proudov\u00E1 hustota pro 8 frekven\u010Dn\u00EDch p\u00E1sem. Skupiny byly porovn\u00E1ny pomoc\u00ED randorniza\u010Dn\u011B-permuta\u010Dn\u00ED statistiky. U OCO jsme ve srovn\u00E1n\u00ED s GAO a PO zjistili v\u00EDce delta aktivity v p\u0159edn\u00EDm a st\u0159edn\u00EDm cingulu a m\u00E9n\u011B alfa (v p\u0159\u00EDpad\u011B PO i beta) aktivity zejm\u00E9na v oblasti prav\u00E9ho uncu a parahipokamp\u00E1ln\u00EDho gyru. Ve srovn\u00E1n\u00ED s kontrolami m\u011Bli OCO nemocn\u00ED v\u00EDce delta aktivity v p\u0159edn\u00EDm a st\u0159edn\u00EDm cingulu a pacienti s PO vykazovali v\u011Bt\u0161\u00ED mno\u017Estv\u00ED alfa 1 aktivity zejm\u00E9na v oblasti prav\u00E9ho uncu a parahipokamp\u00E1ln\u00EDho gyru. "Previous EEG source analysis in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) revealed an increased low-frequency antiviry in mediofrontal cortex (Kop\u0159ivov\u00E1 et al., 2011). The aim of this study was to assess if the abnormity is OCD specific or if it is common to anxiety disorder. Using standardized low-resolution electromagnetic tomography (sLORETA) we compared EEG sources in 17 patients with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), 17 patients with panic disorder (PD), 17 parienrs with OCD, and 53 healthy controls. Each patient group consisted of 6 drug-free and 11 SSRIs medicared participanrs. Resting-state EEG was recorded with eyes-closed from 19 scalp locations. Current density was cornpured for 8 frequency bands using sLORETA. The groups were compared by means of randomization permutation statistic. Compared to GAD and PD we found in OCD more delta activity in anrerior- and midcingulate and less alpha (in the case of PD also beta) activity especially in the right uncus and parahippocampal gyrus. Compared to controls, OCD showed more delta activity in anterior- and midcingulate whereas PD showed more alpha1 mainly in the right uncus and parahippocampal gyrus. GAD did nor differ from healthy controls but their EEG pattem was similar to those in PD. The results suggest a different neurobiological basis of OCD on one hand and PD and GAD on the other."@en .
