"The aim of the research emerged from necessity of gaining the long-term objective knowledge about salvage clear-cut area waterlogging and its changes due to impact of young plantation development in combination with hydroameliorative treatment. Investigation was done in a forested catchment on a waterlogged soulder of the Orlick\u00E9 hory Mts. The paper deals with changing groundwater level of the first aquifer in a range from 0 to 0.9 m below ground, which was examined within a waterlogged part of the catchment. The changes are related to precipitation, streamflow discharge, run-off, influence of drainage treatmenr and growth of young forest stands. In the period of 2004 \u2013 2008, the similar relationships were examined also for the second aquifer situated between 9 \u2013 12 m below ground. For revealing relationships and proving significance, the Spearman\u2019s coefficient of rank correlation was used. It can be concluded that changes of shallower aquifer does not respond to both precipitation and runoff so closely. The change of deeper groundwater table is perceptible only during long-term periods of rain or drought. Correlation between changes of groundwater level of both aquifers was not found."@en . .
