"Hillslope runoff was studied in two young stands regenerated 22 years ago by clearcut (H) and shelterwood (C) method and in a control mature spruce stand (K) on the long-term research area \u010Cesk\u00E1 \u010Cermn\u00E1 in growing season 2005. Hillslope runoff was influenced by steep slope and its southern aspect. Lateral flow, both surface and subsurface, showed statistical significant differences between the partial plot H and the partial plots C and K during the whole growing season 2005. The surface flow 17.5 mm and subsurface flow 6.8 mm on the partial plot H are in relation to precipitation of open area low but statistical significance of differences against partial plots C and K proves observed compaction of surface litter on partial plot with former clearcutting.
