Such systems are based on the combination of chemical and biochemical reactors and separation equipment, where chemical and biochemical reactions together with physical processes such as adsorption, desorption, diffusion, fluid flow and heat and mass transfer take place. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of spatiotemporal fields of chemical and physical quantities describing the state of such systems is performed.
