Vysokofrekven\u010Dn\u00ED EKG je zcela nov\u00E1 metodika, kter\u00E1 nem\u00E1 v kardiologii odpov\u00EDdaj\u00EDc\u00ED diagnostick\u00FD ekvivalent. C\u00EDlem je tedy poskytnout v\u00FDkonn\u00FD a p\u0159itom velmi jednoduch\u00FD neinvazivn\u00ED diagnostick\u00FD prost\u0159edek jak pro preventivn\u00ED tak i pro vysoce specializovanou kardiologii. V\u00FDsledkem realizace projektu bude: 1) M\u011B\u0159\u00EDc\u00ED syst\u00E9m pro z\u00E1znam vysokofrekven\u010Dn\u00EDho sign\u00E1lu UHF EKG, toto za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED bude charakteristick\u00E9 vysokou vzorkovac\u00ED frekvenc\u00ED a vysokou dynamikou m\u011B\u0159en\u00E9ho sign\u00E1lu. Uveden\u00E9 parametry jsou podm\u00EDnkou pro \u00FAsp\u011B\u0161nou diagnostiku. 2) Softwarov\u00FD syst\u00E9m pro zpracov\u00E1n\u00ED, anal\u00FDzu nam\u011B\u0159en\u00E9ho vysokofrekven\u010Dn\u00EDho sign\u00E1lu EKG a vizualizaci v\u00FDsledk\u016F zp\u016Fsobem vhodn\u00FDm pro hodnocen\u00ED l\u00E9ka\u0159em. 3) Proveden\u00ED klinick\u00E9 studie na n\u011Bkolika nez\u00E1visl\u00FDch pracovi\u0161t\u00EDch pro z\u00EDsk\u00E1n\u00ED dostate\u010Dn\u00E9ho v\u011Brohodn\u00E9ho materi\u00E1lu pro prosazov\u00E1n\u00ED v\u00FDsledk\u016F projektu do praxe." . "Main goal of this project is design, realisation and implementation of the set of medical equipment for measurement, storage and analysis of ultra high-frequency electrocardiogram (UHF ECG) for non-invasive diagnosis of cardiac diseases. Ultra high-frequency ECG is a completely new methodology that does not have appropriate diagnostic equivalent in cardiology. The aim is to provide a powerful very simple non-invasive diagnostic tool for both preventive as well as highly specialized cardiology. The result of the project will be: 1) Measuring system for recording UHF ECG signal. The device will be characterized by a high sampling rate and high dynamics of the measured signal. These parameters are a prerequisite for successful diagnosis. 2) Software system for processing, analyzing the measured ultra high-frequency ECG signal and display the results in a manner appropriate for the physician. 3) Clinical studies on several independent laboratories to obtain sufficient credible material to promote the project results into practice will be provided."@en . .
