"The project is concentrated on the search of applications for the processing of highly nutritive valuable pulses recently implemented in the world, which are little utilized in Czech Republic till this time. The main task is to implement or expand the utilization of the lupin and chickpea in the food industry as the basic material. Another field is the preparation of ingredients for the special use, the interesting lupina beans composition will be traced so as to separate high-quality proteins and to prepare proteinous hydrolyzates for the production of the functional foodstuffs, and eventually as a component for the cosmetics. The results of the project solution beside new products will initiate the cultivation of these pulses in the Czech agriculture."@en .
