V\u00FDsledky projektu budou slou\u017Eit pro zachov\u00E1n\u00ED zdrav\u00ED v\u010Del v \u010CR (cca 450 tis. v\u010Delstev) a Evrop\u011B (750 tis. v\u010Dela\u0159\u016F), a vyu\u017E\u00EDvat je budou tak\u00E9 diagnostick\u00E9 a referen\u010Dn\u00ED laborato\u0159e a p\u011Bstitel\u00E9 entomofiln\u00EDch plodin." . . "The aim of the project is the comparison of the effect of pollen from poly- and monofloral plant communities to the health state of hoenybees (Apis mellifera). The input hypothesis is that bees breed on areas with monofloral pollen have lower fitness than the bees breed on polyfloral pollen. The health status of bees will be evaluated using proteomic methods for identification of immunodeficiency. The entomopathogens will be analyzed using methods of molecular biology. We focus on analyzes of parasitic mite Varroa destructor and associated entomopathogens, bee hemolymph and royal jelly.
