Guaranteed authentic fruit spirits from different varieties and localities in CR will be produced. These spirits will be analysed using gas chromatography with various detectors and stable isotopic ratios will be determined. Chromatographic profiles and found markers of fruit spirits will be collected and stored in the database and will serve to the state and inspection agencies for the control of adulteration and authenticity."@en .
