"The submitted project is aimed to the preparation and to the study of properties of polymer packaging films suitable for food packaging with an antimicrobial activity due to nisin presence in their surface layers. The first type of such active films willbe prepared from ionomer films (Surlyn 1605, 8140), on the surface of which the nisin will be linked using the system of Ugi\u00B4s reaction in presence of cyclohehyl isocyanide and glutardialdehyde. The second type of active films will be prepared by coatingof polyethylene and/or ionomer packaging films with the layer of polyethylene and/or copolyamide in the form of solution and/or dispersion containing the bacteriocin. The first goal of project solution should be the determination of optimal preparationc onditions, under which the prepared films shows the maximal antimicrobial activity.
