"Black-Spotted Cattle"@en . "The deep changes in the structure of milk farming are the cause of often observed changes of processing qualities of milk. The aim of the project is to describe the main reasons of such changes and to optimize this state in the sense of quality and rentability of the production There will be described the present state of the screening breeds with the occurrence of processing problems, the systematic analysis of individual and basin milk samples, the analysis of processing and the health state of milk-cows in corresponding breeds of milk-cows in as the description of their nourishment and methods of the feeding. In the field-experiment there will be followed the influence of the breed of cows (Black-Spotted and Czech Red Spotted) in combination withthe typical feeding systems to the final quality and to the raw-milk properties.
