"The aim of solved project is to elaborate new methodical suggestions for determination of lean meat content within the performance test with regard to possible differences of observed parameters by sex and among differentiated breeded populations used inhybridization. For objective intention it will be important to verify the results acquired on live animals by their subsequent carcass analysis after slaughter (CSN 46 61 64), by monitoring of growth and body alometry in relation to carcass performance,by monitoring of acceptable genetics markers, candidate gene and their association to meat efficiency. Simultaneuosly it will be possible to verify acceptable mathematical model which will be usable for prediction of optimal carcass weight in relation to carcass performance of pigs."@en . . . .
