"Trichothecen mycotoxins of the genus of Fusarium will be watched on contemporary scale of varieties of barley and wheat, also on new selected material (nivalenol, deoxynivalenol, T-2 toxin, HT - 2 toxin, FUS - X toxin).From isolated spectrum of species the genus Fusarium there will be isolated the toxins and single strains will be examined on their agresivity and pathogenity.These tests will be proved also on the seed (for the gaining of the data about different levels od mycotoxins). There will be proved artificial infections of barley with the genus Fusarium and the treatment with new systemic fubgicides. Analytical methods will be the chromatography and serological comparing methods (ELISA test). From our samples will be prepared malt and examinedfor the gushing and the presence of mycotoxines."@en .
