Sequencing analysis is the most precise procedure that allows obtaining information on relation between the gene primary structure and corresponding phenotypic trait, which namely important in case of agricultural important crop species. We aim to employ available data on polymoprhisms of coding sequences in wheat to develop DNA markers derived from coding sequences associated with phenotypic traits. Such markers can be used directly for marker assisted selection and can serve as genotype/cultivar characteristics. Available data are incomplete and suffer from inaccuracy.
