"The proposed project is drawn up as part of international research in the investigation of animal -model olivopontocerebellar degeneration from cellular, morphological and functional points of view, including the determination of possibilities ofinfluencing these states. The results should give new knowledge about mechanisms of early learning, memory, motor functions and about the role of the cerrebellum in these processes in normal (wild type mice)and genetically (Lurcher mutant mice) and toxically (mice treated by 3-acetylpyridine) influenced animals.
