Bioavailability studies will determine biodistribution and effect / toxic exposition ratio in particular physiological systems. Investigation of motor functions of the upper gastrointestinal tract enables to evaluate possible therapeutic effect (against organophosphates poisoning) and possible side effects of acetylcholinesterase modulators to the gastrointestinal tract.
