Our earlier suppositions from 2008-2009, that changes of activation (cortical plasticity) are restricted (or rather greatly expressed) in motor and premotor cortex, were after important findings considerably modified. In fact, there are just non-motor structures, which are not only activated during spastic arm movement (or imaging of the movement), but that this part of activation is significantly reducted (or disappeared) after successful botulinum toxin treatment. Today is also more information about extent of cotical areas, which activation are changed after treatment: it is probably large net both motor and non-motor cortex areas, and one from this areas is dominant; and so far mapped dominant areas were so called classic non-motor."@en . .
