V\u0161e bude srovn\u00E1no dle mo\u017Enost\u00ED s efektem biologick\u00E9 l\u00E9\u010Dby (inhibitory tyrosinkin\u00E1zy, m-TOR inhibitory)." . "Kidney tumours are devided according to the contemporary histopathological criteria on many subtypes, but according to this stratification their biological behavior and especially reaction to a modern and expensive biological therapy targeted at the angiogenesis of tumours is not similar. We are not able to predict the reaction to this therapy and we give it often uselessly. The aim of the study is to determine genetic changes in selected types of tumour (especially less common ones wih potentially malignant behaviour) and to predict the response to the therapy. The methodical procedure: There will be performed molecular-genetic examinations (FISH, array CGH) for detection of VEGF, VEGFr, oncogenes and tumour- suppressor genes (VHL, etc.) in selected kidney tumours treated surgically (and thereby gained histological material) at University hospital Pilsen from 2003 (from which we routinely freeze samples of tumours) to 2013 with malignant progress.
