"The subject of this project is complex computer analysis of intrapartum fetal CTG. Using methods of artificial intelligence and synergy of the technical approach and clinical experiences we will propose and implement objective and in decision quality at least comparable system for decision support of the obstetrician during the delivery. During the project span database of at least 10000 deliveries will be collected in FN Brno including parameters such as pH of the fetus. The data will be annotated by independent experts. The database will be used for data mining purposes and evaluation of the developed methods. Following hypothesis will be tested. A: Algorithms of artificial intelligence and digital signal processing are able to distinguish between abnormal and normal CTGs while having lesser variability then clinician decision.
