Proinflammatory cytokine IL-6 can modulate process of acquiring of androgen independenceP of prostate cancer cells, and neuroendocrinne differentiation (NED). Aim of our project is to find new strategies for modulation of effects of proinflammatory cytokine IL-6, and induction of NED.
