"In a prospective randomised study compare the level of perfusion of peripheral tissue on patients operated on for ischemic heart disease with the use of standard and miniinvasive cardiopulmonary bypass using the new method of direct tissue oxymetry. We want to verify theoretic assumption better perfusion with the use of miniinvasive cardiopulmonary bypass (with the knowledge of lesser activity of immune reactions, hemodilution etc. which have an effect on circulation and supply of oxygen to tissue). Patients will be older than 70 years, will have ischemic heart disease, who are indicated for surgical revascularization of the myocardium. They will be randomised to two groups (miniinvasive and standard cardiopulmonary bypass). In both groups the level of skeletal muscle perfusion will be monitored and compared to and collerated with other methods (indirectly measured).
