"1. part of the project concerns the problems of sampling (representative sampling, study of the stability, storage, contamination, treatment of samples) and introduction of separation and measurement technique. Analytical method will be optimized and verified taking into the consideration possible interferences. Method will be validated and verified on corresponding reference materials. To verify the method, also radiochemical techniques which do not depend on the externe contamination, will be used throughout the study. Validated method could be used in future for the determination of mercury and methylmercury in samples of selected group of population, defined in accordance with another state project of biomonitoring (in progress since 1994)."@en .
