We propose to verify efficiency of intracoronary and intramyocardial administration of autologous marrow mononuclear cells for myocardial regeneration in patients with a non-viable myocardium focus in the course of direct myocardium revascularization. Stem cell delivery might provoke a contractility, metabolism and perfusion improvement of diseased area.
