"The aim is improvement of prevetion of the most common chromosomal aberrations and cystic fibrosis in the preimplantation phase of development for the improvement of IVF success rates and prevention of these severe errors of prenatal and postnatal phase. Preimplantation screening (PGS) of chromosomal aberrations will improve IVF success rates in older patients, with repeated miscarriages and unsuccessful IVF. Preimplantation diagnosis (PGD) of CF mutations will circumvent the necessity for selective TOPs We will use techniques of molecular cytogenetics (e.g. FISH, PRINS, CGH) and molecular genetics (QF-PCR, QRT-PCR, DGGE and minisequencing), including polarization microscopy for detection of chromosomal aneuploidies and genomic mutations. Examination selected biochemical markers and fetal DNA/RNA will improve our care about the prenatal development of the fetus, will predict preeclampsia, diagnose Rh-incompatibility and genetic risk gender."@en .
