The subject of the prosented project is to define in patients with ischemic brain disease dependency od human neuronal reactivity changes on vasoreactivity that is induced by induced inhalation hypercapnia. The cerebral vasoreactivity and neuronal reactivity before and after endarterectomy (CEA) will be evaluated by standard methods.
