Carbon disulfide, methyl acrylate and 1,1-dimethylsilacyclobutane as precursors will be examine, d. Laser-induced polymerization of these compouds by infrared or ultraviolet irradiation in the presence of volatile organometallic compounds (alkyl germanes, alkyl tin) will be studied. Preliminarly results demonstrate formation of polymeric agglomerate, s with incorporated elemental metal (Ge, Sn) particles.
