"The main objective of the project will be the development of a new information resource providing comprehensive information about all artificial space objects launched from the beginning of the space age. The project follows on the Encyclopedia of satellites and probes Space 40, a unique Czech product. The project aims to fill the information gap in the current infrastructure supporting research projects, where for the preparation of research is difficult to obtain comprehensive information on the state of research in the various fields of space research. To achieve the goal, a database will be created with specific tools for data management and friendly user interface enabling to get the extended information value. Besides permanent web access to the data, several reports based on data collected will be prepared and published providing analytical view on level of space experiments and research in specific fields of science.
