"The primary aim of our contribution in the COST action MP1202 (HINT) is targeted preparation of multicomponent solids, organic-inorganic hybrids, with predefined 3D architecture and optimized physicochemical properties. On the basis of detailed structural analysis we plan to find specific mechanisms controlling the extent of incorporation of nanoparticles in polymer matrices. The project is aimed to understand mechanisms allowing for fine tuning of physicochemical properties of I-O hybrids. The goal of our contribution to the COST project will consist in the determination of relationships between the process of formation of a nanostructured hybrid, its hierarchical structure, character of the interface and the final properties. Finding the conditions for a control of the interface and morphology of the hybrids will be objective of a high importance. Cooperation with international partners will improve quality of a research investigation of the team.
