International cost program involves member of 19 EU countries, including the Czech Republic. In this project we would like to focus on the study of histone signature in normal and tumor cells. We would like to find differences in epigenetic profiles of migrating and non-migrating tumor cells. We are going to analyze epigenetic markers such as H3K9 methylation, H3K9 acetylace, H3K4 methylation, H3K27 methylation and DNA methylation. Epigenetic profiles will be also analyzed in tumor cells treated by HDAC and Dnmts inhibitors.
