P\u0159edm\u011Btem programov\u00E9ho projektu bude vyvinout a aplikovat modern\u00ED nosi\u010De na b\u00E1zi mikrobublin, tedy mal\u00FDch \u010D\u00E1stic, jejich\u017E povrch bude tvo\u0159en zejm\u00E9na lipidick\u00FDmi slo\u017Ekami a vnit\u0159n\u00ED \u010D\u00E1st bude napln\u011Bna t\u011B\u017Ek\u00FDm plynem. Tyto mikrobubliny budou modifikov\u00E1ny tak, aby se navazovaly na c\u00EDlov\u00E9 tk\u00E1n\u011B, kde budou ultrazvukem detekov\u00E1ny a rozb\u00EDjeny. T\u00EDm tyto tzv. nano\u0161rapnely vnesou do c\u00EDlov\u00FDch bun\u011Bk biologicky aktivn\u00ED l\u00E1tky, kter\u00E9 napomohou jak diagnostice, tak l\u00E9\u010Db\u011B. Tento p\u0159\u00EDstup je vysoce modern\u00ED a sofistikovan\u00FD a sleduje nejnov\u011Bj\u0161\u00ED trendy v biomedic\u00EDn\u011B, a to molekul\u00E1rn\u00ED targetov\u00E1n\u00ED in vivo. V\u00FDsledky tohoto projektu budou vyu\u017Eity v budoucnu pro diagnostiku a l\u00E9\u010Dbu pacient\u016F." . . "The goal of this project is to use the latest knowledge from physical chemistry and biology to develop and apply technologies within the scope of nanomedicine, which will then be used for efficient diagnostics and therapy of the major pathologies of industrialised countries, including the Czech Republic, ie neoplastic and cardiovascular diseases. The subject of the programme project is to devlop and apply modern carriers based on microbubbles, ie small structures made of a largely lipidic shell and heavy gas core. These microbubbles will be modified to bind to target tissues, where they will be detected and destroyed by ultrasound. The resulting 'nanoshrapnels' will carry into the target cells biologically active substances that will help diagnostics and therapy. This approach is highly up-to-the-date and sophisticated and follows the latest trends in biomedicine: molecular targeting in vivo.
