It enables observation of structures of wet biological tissues, processes at the phase interface in the presence of a liquid and nonconducting specimens without preparation. Subjects ot the research are advanced detection systems of signal electrons which exploit ionization in electric and magnetic fields for detection of signals. Integration of the differencial chamber into the projection lens of the microscope. The detection system is assumed to be patented abroad and exploited by the firm TESCAN.
