"Geocomposites are new materials, which combine natural rock with chemical grout, first of all on the base of polymers. In hard rocks the grout fulfills discontinuities like fissures, failures, bedding planes etc. The subject of the proposal is laboratory research of discontinuties, injected by picked up polymer grouting materials, dependent on rock type, quality and width of discontinuities and chemical grout properties. The important researched properties of geocomposites will be the indirecttensile strength (Brasilien tast), shear strength, reological properties (creep), permeability and sealing properties (resistance against water pressure).
