"The project goal is a comparative study of bioenergetics pathways, signaling mechanisms and membrane functions of thawed sperm during motility observation using chondrostean and teleostean fishes. We will demonstrate that according to process of cryopreservation and thawing of sperm, membrane permeability and dyneins/microtubules reactivity flagellum would become changed. On the base of these studies we will try to find possible species specific proteins responsible for flagellar regulatory mechanisms at chondrostean and teleostean fishes and find correlation between thawed motile sperm and protein structure of the flagellum. Firstly we will try to understand and to explain why duration of motility is affected after cryopreservation by evaluation of ATP, ADP and PCr level and also cryopreserved demembranated spermatozoa with studdying cryobiology machinery of microtubules with midepiece in both model species."@en .
