"Based on our previous work and extensive experience, we suggest to carry out highly advanced spectroscopic studies of flares and prominences, using most updated methods of non-LTE radiative-transfer theory. We plan to continue the development of basic theoretical approaches to radiative transfer in these objects, as well as to analyze quantitatively the high-resolution optical, IR and UV spectra. The spectral data will be obtained in frame of uor broad international collaboration, using ground-based and space facilities. Namely we plan to participate in observing campaigns which involve the SOHO satelite (SUMER and CDS spectrographs) and Themis telescope on Canary Islands. For flare observations, we will use multiline CCD spectrographs in Ond\u0159ejov.
