Transport characteristics will be determined in liquid/solid as well as gas/solid systems by combination of inverse liquid chromatography and Graham\u2019s diffusion cell methods. Effective diffusion coefficients in liquid phase will be evaluated using a method based on the fitting of a set of experimental chromatographic profiles to the Kub\u00EDn-Ku\u010Dera model. Fitting of the gas diffusion data obtained from Graham\u2019s diffusion cell to the Mean Transport-Pore Model will provide transport characteristics.
