"First-order allpass (AP) filters and quadrature sinusoidal oscillators (QSOs) are basic building blocks that are widely used in analogue signal processing. Nowadays, in the current technical literature considerable attention is paid on such AP filters that depending on the type of input and output operational modes have low or infinity input/output impedances, consists of only one active element and one grounded capacitor, and provides electronic control of natural frequency simultaneously. Therefore, employing modern active elements such as voltage conveyors, ECCII, VGCCII, VCG-CCII, CDTA, CFTA, ZC-CG-CDBA, etc., the aim of this project is to propose and publish such circuits that fulfil all given requirements. For this purpose different design methods will be analyzed and used. Subsequently, using AP filters found quadrature sinusoidal oscillator will also be designed.
