"The aim of this project is application of the fuzzy logic in food appreciation. This is completely new approach in data processing in sensory food appreciation. The sensory food appreciation is taken effect recently, because it is next to the potentialconsumer. Naturally a problem of this method is in interpretation and quantification of the results to be comparable with the other food appreciation. Fuzzy logic allow us mathematically formalize the human sensation expression and forte more operatingwithit.
