Due to progress in medicine, population of adults with learning difficulties is steadily growing. Meanwhile attitudes towards handicap asresult of structure of society rather then a result of persons deficits. However, historically and culturally deeply rooted societal perception of a person with handicap a person who needs to bee looked after in segregative environment is one of the mainbarrier of inclusion. Education of personnel working with people with learning difficulties based on new paradigm is seen as crucial aspect of inclusion.
