"The suggested project is focused on elaboration of a general methodology for industry analysis with a special focus on agriculture and food industry. It is based on the generally used theoretical methods and procedures, which the submitter will try tosummarize and suggest their adjustment to the specifics of agriculture and food industry. The resulting suggestion of a general methodology will be then verified by analyzing the brewing industry in the Czech Republic. According to this verification, thesuggested methodology will be adjusted. Partial results of the project will be publications in textbooks from scientific conferences and professional periodicals focused on the analysis of the selected industry. The submitter will come from the researchdone in firms from the selected industry and the concrete situation of selected firms within this industry.
