For this purpose, the understanding of relationship between structural factors and their influence on the reactivation potency is useful. Among them, presence and number of functional oxime groups, presence and number of quaternary nitrogens, length and shape of the connecting chain are well discussed.In this project, we would like to find out relationship between structure of currently available AChE reactivators and their reactivation potency.
