The discontinous electrolyte system can be defined as electrolyte system where its composition is not constant in capillary before separation process for whole capillary length. The changes of composition or physico-chemical properties (e.g. the changes of conductivity, pH, changes of concentration of additives in running electrolyte) during separation process is possibly occurred. The progress of separation will be better (the higher separation efficiency, resolution, selectivity) by appropriate choice of discontinual electrolytes. With using of discontinuous electrolyte the preconcentration of analytes is possible. Project solution will offer a certain approaches for separation and preconcentration of analytes of biological interest in real samples.
