It is mainly concerns on artificially modified lupane or oleanane triterpenoids with interesting biological activity (e.g. cytotoxicor anti-HIV). The NMR methods are unnecessary for study of molecule spatial arrangement and solution structure determination. The expected result of this project is the measurement and interpretation of the complete set of standard NMR spectra (1H, 13C, DEPT, COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, HSQC, HMBC) of the selected triterpenoids. An analysis of data obtained will lead to unambiguous assignment of all 1H and 13C NMR signals. Having the assignment, the structure and stereochemistry will be revealed."@en . .
