Themain aim is finding of optimal conditions for the separation of anthocyanins, unambiguous identification and determination of their content in wine. The measurement of retention and migration parameters and particularly the creation of the mass spectradatabase (including the fragmantation spectra after collision induced dissociation of analyte in ion trap) become the basis for identification purposes. The procedures for the sample clean-up, anthocyanin fractionation (TLC and SPE) and separation ofintereferents will be optimized and robust analytical method providing the required data will be designed considering the minimization of economic costs.
