"The project consists in contribution to knowledge of heat removal and increase of a skin of casting in round moulds as well as in putting forward theoretical data for detection temperature profiles of moulds considering the conditions of casting process.Complexity of processes and, in particular, presence of many factors in the casting process makes studying the functional dependence between particular parameters of casting and heat and technical variables very difficult. Therefore it is necessary for the research to be carried out over a long period of time and the results in a form of general pieces of knowledge should be statistically expressed based on assessment and interpretation of a large number of measured heats. Measurement will be done on particular casting machines and completed with computer simulations of particular processes using the original and standard software.
