"This works deals with the biomechanics and the urodynamics. Its aim is modelling of the low urinary tract (i.e. the bladder-urethra complex) during micturition. It comes in continuity of the PhD Thesis of Fanny Moravcov\u00E1, which dealt with the modellingof muscular tissues with application to the female urethra. It comes also in addition to the works directed by Dr. RNDr. Hole\u010Dek, supported by the Czech grant number 106/02/1357, and dealing with a multi-scale approach of the behaviour of biologicaltissues. In the present project a concrete application will be done modelling the dynamic deformations of the bladder and urethra during micturition, i.e. during the emptying phase of the bladder through the urethra.
